Join Us at MacAD.UK 2027
This year, we're making MacAD.UK even better value. Rather than increasing prices, we've reduced them again, because we believe bringing the Apple IT community together should become more accessible, not less.
Our Wave 1 tickets start from just £180 inc. VAT, with two limited early booking waves available before tickets move to full price. Wave 1 and Wave 2 allocations are strictly limited and, once they're gone, they're gone, so booking early is the best way to secure the biggest saving.
When you book, you'll also have the opportunity to reserve an overnight stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, allowing you to stay right at the heart of the event. Hotel packages are available for a limited time and offer excellent value, but rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly. Please note that hotel bookings are non cancellable, and any additional nights beyond those available on the ticketing page will need to be booked directly with the hotel.
All conference tickets include access to both days of MacAD.UK, along with entry to the MacAD.UK Social on the evening of 10th March.
Ticketing FAQs
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Yes. Conference tickets are fully refundable up to 27th January 2027. After this date, refunds are no longer available. If your booking includes a hotel room, please note that only the conference ticket is refundable as hotel bookings are non-cancellable.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Absolutely. You can transfer both your conference ticket and your hotel booking to another person up until 30 days before the event. Just drop an email to macad@macad.uk with the new attendee’s name, job title and email address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is VAT included in the ticket price?
Yes. As required by UK tax regulations, all delegate tickets are subject to UK VAT at the standard rate of 20%. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, however these aren’t automatically sent out as part of the order process. If you need one issued or updated, just get in touch at macad@macad.uk.
Can I pay without a credit card?
Yes. If you can’t pay by card (for example, if your organisation requires invoicing or bank transfer), just email us at macad@macad.uk and we’ll sort out an alternative payment method for you.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope. Following purchase you will have access to the event in the Whova event app. Here you will have access to a QR code for event entry.
What’s included in my ticket?
Your ticket gives you access to all main stage talks, demo sessions, the exhibitor area, refreshments throughout the event, and lunch both days. You’ll also get access to the social on the 10th March and some classic MacAD.UK swag - ducks included.
I’m travelling from abroad. Can you help with visa letters?
Yes, we’re happy to provide a letter of invitation if you need one to support your visa application. A template is available on the ‘Why attend’ page here but if you need something more custom, please email macad@macad.uk.
Are there discounts for group bookings?
We offer discounted rates for groups of four or more from the same organisation. Please contact us directly before booking to arrange this.
Can you arrange a hotel on my behalf?
If you're booking one of our accommodation add-ons, your room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole is included as part of your booking, so there's nothing else to arrange. If you're booking a conference ticket only, accommodation isn't included. If you're unfamiliar with Brighton, we're happy to recommend hotels within easy walking distance of the venue.
